Preparation of chapati :
INGREDIENTS: Ishima Atta, Pinch of Salt, Lukewarm Water
STEP 1: Making the dough – Add ISHIMA Atta to a bowl and add pinch of salt and mix well.
STEP 2: Add Water little by little and mix slowly, Knead the dough for at least 5-10 minutes and
keep aside for few minutes.
STEP 3: Rolling Now to make small ball and dust them with some flour. Roll them into thin circles using
rolling pin or by hand.
STEP 4: Take a Tawa and heat it – Place rolled chapati on Tawa and cook them for few seconds. Flip and
cook on other side.
STEP 5: Enjoy the chapati with any curry, ghee and jaggery.

I used ishima sugar free atta,today my lunch was 3 medium size chapati and 1 cup leaf veg,and i tested after 2hrs (PLBS)post lunch blood sugar level was 130mg/dl in accucheck strip test,its really working amezing result,now i hope to diabeties reversal soon
