Preparation of chapati :
INGREDIENTS: Ishima Atta, Pinch of Salt, Lukewarm Water
STEP 1: Making the dough – Add ISHIMA Atta to a bowl and add pinch of salt and mix well.STEP 2: Add Water little by little and mix slowly, Knead the dough for at least 5-10 minutes and
keep aside for few minutes.
STEP 3: Rolling Now to make small ball and dust them with some flour. Roll them into thin circles using
rolling pin or by hand.STEP 4: Take a Tawa and heat it – Place rolled chapati on Tawa and cook them for few seconds. Flip and
cook on other side.
STEP 5: Enjoy the chapati with any curry, ghee and jaggery.
